Australia’s primary 24/7 resource for distressed, people who need quick access to crisis support. Causes for distress vary: from panic attacks, high stress, grieving, anxiety, and issues coping with school, to people who have thoughts of suicide. Lifeline is a safe and quick point of call service.

People who need more regular support because of loss of employment, loss of loved ones, loss of a special pet, and other forms of loss including infant loss, are supported here. Speak with empathic staff 24/7.
 
Kids Helpline: 1800 55 1800
For people up to the age of 24. Kids Helpline is a volunteer line that takes special care of our young ones and is a valuable tool for every child.

For those coping with their first child, for single parents or for every parent who is facing challenges in their life. This is a great resource.
